Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

Pours a pale yellow with a substantial head that lingers. Leaves wild lacing like I haven't seen before. Malty nose, nothing special. Taste is very malty and smooth. This was sampled in a hotel restaurant in Honduras after having toured the Copan ruins and had little to choose from. Glad to have tried it and found quite acceptable for the middle of Central America.

    Had portside at Roatan Bay. This is at best a swill. Corn aroma, pale straw colour, weak white head. What else? Thin, watery mouthfeel and a foul taste. Sour finish to boot. Nasty.

    I had this once many years ago. It did not impress me as something outstanding or that I would want to try again.

    This is my beer of choice when traveling in Honduras. If served very cold, it is refreshing but bland.
