Dark as satan’s soul, Not Today Satan is slightly roasty and smooth with notes of caramel and dark fruit, the malt bill gives this beer a rich backbone that comes to life with notes of citrus, resin and pine from the dry hop. The perfect symmetry of malty and hoppy.

Pours rich coffee sable with a thick and persistent tan head. Aroma latches on with chocolate and roast malt from afar, and adds charred hops and a fruity hint as you close in. Flavor presents strong roast malt, charred, woody hop and chocolate notes, plus subtle coffee and fruity touches. Texture gives good body and lively fizz, and a dark and stouty finish. Not today, Satan - there is still good beer to drink.
