In collaboration with New Image Brewing Company, we brewed this Triple Dry-Hopped Imperial IPA with Spectrum Citra and Mosaic hops, Galaxy, Incognito El Dorado, and Cosmic Punch yeast. This beer was hopped in the mash to provide extra thiols, which in combination with the cosmic punch yeast, provide an insane amount of tropical flavor and aromas! The spectrum hop oils provide all the necessary oils without any extra solvents and continue to punch it up! Massive layers of ripe mango, juicy tangelos and candied watermelon combine with a fluffy mouthfeel. With 10 pounds per barrel of hops, and sitting at 11% ABV, we ask all those that try this brew one thing: but did you die?

Pours opaque peach with a thick and lasting parchment head. Aroma provides rich piney and funky hops, zesty citrus and tropical fruit notes, crisp fresh malt - demands a taste. Flavor delivers bitter and funky piney hops, tangy and creamy orange and grapefruit and mango with a little pineapple and a stonefruit hint, zesty fresh malt. Texture gives firm, smooth body and peppy fizz. To die for!
