It's a Norsk-East IPA - a hazy IPA fermented with wacky Norwegian farmhouse Kveik yeast collected from Jens Åge Øvrebust. It's a sunny, tropical beer with hop and yeast-derived aromas of pear, pineapple, and grapefruit and a light, dry finish. It's about as tropical as any of us are going to get this fall! Enjoy it.
