Thanks to Shawn for this one: It poured a clear translucent body with a yellow hue to it. Noticeable legs due to the alcohol content. Spicey for some reason, floral and some ginger notes. How you would really expect a mead to be i suppose. Semi dry, it's not too acidic, a really well balanced taste.

The colro was pretty clearn, almost resembling water. The legs on the glass were noticeable. The aroma was a marriage of sweet citrus and mango notes. The flavor was overall sweet with a strong honey flavor and a balanced finish.
