pours a hazy brown with very little head that leaves immediately. It dissapeared so fast I don't remember the color of the head. The aroma is spices like mild nutmeg, cinnamon and of course pumpkin. The taste is a really pumpkin taste, but quickly is overtaken by crappy spices. The mouthfeel is medium bodied and with carbonation. Must disclose that I can't stand anything flavored with Pumpkin.

Solid surprise/last minute find before Thanksgiving. Its everything one might expect from a pumpkin ale and in the right proportion - done exceptionally well. Pours deep ornage to amber with a two finger white head. All of the pumpkin pie spices fill the nose and delight the pallette. Currently my favorite pumkin ale.

This pumpkin goodness courtesy of phishpond from OktoberPfist 2010. Beautiful clear deep amber and orange pour with a medium head which dissipates rapidly leaving some lacing. Nutmeg and pumpkin pie spices big upfront then malty but clean. Nice pumpkin and pumpkin pie flavoring, sweet, but nice and smooth. Very nice effort from Point - thank you, Travis!

I'm very impressed with the Whole Hog lineup, I hope they keep it going with other beer. Poured a semi cloudy amber colour with a huge frothy top. Instant nutmeg, pumpkin and cinnamon notes right away. Taste was nice and spicey, creamy and delicioso! No Pumking for sure, but it was damn good anyway!
