Tasted at the 16th Bistro IPA Festival on April 6, 2013. This India Pale Ale pours a medium orange gold color from the tap. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is citrusy, fruity and sweet. A medium bodied India Pale Ale. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are citrusy, grapefruit and pine. Medium bitterness. Decent carbonation. Slightly sweet, with hints of orange and orange peel. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
