Brewed in celebration of the 11th Anniversary of Asheville, NC's renowned bottle shop, Bruisin' Ales, this big malty Belgian-style Quadruple was aged in Carolina red wine barrels. After a nine month slumber in our cellar, this beer has developed that certain je ne sais quoi.

Pours clearish sepia with a fair eggshell head. Aroma offers bourbon, toasted malt, woody and subtle caramel tones. Flavor delivers caramel, toasted malt, bourbon and woody tones. Mouthfeel presents fair body and fizz. Long live Asheville!
