Brewed in celebration of the 11th Anniversary of Asheville, NC's renowned bottle shop, Bruisin' Ales, this big malty Belgian-style Quadruple was aged in Carolina red wine barrels. After a nine month slumber in our cellar, this beer has developed that certain je ne sais quoi.
