This IPA forgoes traditional bitterness in favor of a rounded juicy finish and a complex olfaction profile of fruit, citrus, pine and floral notes from the Simcoe and Mosaic Lupulin powder, and Citra hops. An incredibly drinkable, dank, and beautifully nuanced example of what can be done when you focus on the quality of the hop.

Pours barely translucent apricot with a fair eggshell head. Aroma gives pomme, citrus, resiny hops, tart. Flavor delivers tart citrus, hoppy, tangy pomme, zesty pineapple. Texture features good body and lively fizz. Train those bines.
