We took our West Coast IPA recipe and toned down the ABV but kept the hops the same. Like the WCIPA, it’s one of our hoppiest beers yet but still well balanced and refreshing. Columbus to bitter then Citra, Amarillo and Centennial to create a juicy, tropical (and even a bit dank) hop bomb. It’s delicious and complex with a malty sweetness that compliments and balances the hop aromas and a low to moderate hop bitterness. This session ale will appeal to hop heads and craft beer drinkers across the board while providing a great refreshing drink for the summer patio.
