Pours a straw-colored with a thin white head that maintains a thin ring around the glass. The Aroma is of cut grass and slight bready notes. The taste is smooth citrus, cut grass and biscuit flavors. Mild hop presence. The mouthfeel is light bodied. One of the best cream ales I have ever had.
