500 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original Piebalgas Vase a clear and golden-yellow coloured P L with a two fingers light beige and soapy foamy head that had a mid-sized retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is moderate malty, grassy tones and an unpleasant skunky feeling. The flavour is a vague light sweety juice and minimum herbal hints. The mouthfeel is thin and flat. The texture is watery. This light bodied Pale Lager has a faint sweety finish. This Latvian Pale Lager is close to ... nothing ! It's not really bad but I wonder what's the purpose to " offer " such a produce ?

Much foam, light yellow color. Strong uniper aroma. Taste is metallic, maybe a little bit of tomato? Anyways, strange taste. Aftertaste could be a little bit less bitter.

Malt, some ananas? and a bit skunky nose. Flavour is a bit metallic, very sweet and malty. Aftertaste and finish is quite skunked. Not too pleasant... without the skunkyness it could be better... unless the skunkiness hides some other worse things...
