Clear dark amber colour, small beige head, lace. Strong caramel, hops, toffee and wood in aroma. Flavour is caramellish, wooden and hayish hops. Quite smooth and easy to drink.

Cask at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Hazy pale amber with a low white head. Fresh citric aroma with notes of oranges, and whiter chocolate. Floral and citrousy flavour of of lemon, crackres and fudge. Long, bitter and aromatic aftertaste of grapefruit and orange-peels.

Cask at the Swan in the Rushes, Loughborough. Dark amber colour, with a long lasting, white creamy head. Good lacing. Faint aroma. Roasted malty taste. Medium bodied with a good mouthfeel. Not too exciting but pretty drinkable.
