IV "Removing the Restraints..." "Kriek Freak" began life as "Mortal Wood" and then was tormented by the addition of 100lbs of whole Montmorency cherries for four months before it was released into bottles for conditioning. This beer highlights the beautiful relationship of sour beer and fruit.
