1 000 ml PET bottle bought at the breweryshop in Sokolov. Poured in the original Permon Seidel an unfiltered cloudy dark brown with reddish tones coloured Dunkel with a huge two fingers tan creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is roasted malts, heavy roasted coffee beans and ashes. The flavour is roasted malts,a great black coffee bowl, notes of fruits. The mouthfeel is very, very smooth. This medium bodied Dunkel has a long black coffee finish. I can easily imaging starting the day with such a nice comforting brew from this small brewery located in North Bohemia.
