1 000 ml PET with a screw cup bottle bought at the brewery shop in Sokolov. Poured in the original Permon Bavarian Seidel a gushing and unfiltered opaque pale-amber coloured Ale with a two fingers slight beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of bubbles, more big as micro. Active carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is yeasty, juicy fruits, grapefruits, oranges, spicy, herbs, cinnamom and sweety malts. The flavour is spicy, herbs, pepper, mint, notes of dark chocolate and a noticeable herbal hoppy bitterness. The mouthfeel is prickly and smooth. This light bodied Spiced Ale has a long spicy finish. A quite surprising Spiced ale, very tasting and very smooth. I wonder if I could become cannabis dependent ?
