Bottle - 750mL crowned. Straw yellow pour with a tall, fluffy white head. Aroma is sour fruit, yogurt, wheat yeast and pineapple hints. Taste is pineapple yogurt, sour fruit, wheat, yeast, lemon notes and grains. Body is light, bubbly and refreshing with a dry finish. Ends with bigger pineapple, sour yogurt, sour wheat, yeast, lemon and grains. More a summer beer but nice either way!
