Hop Blanc is a heavenly White IPA. Local wheat and Belgian yeast give this beer a soft mouthfeel, while Centennial, Simcoe and Citra hops provide a bright rush of tropical and citrus flavors up front. This beer is the cheery, angelic cousin of the more sinister Hop Noir. ABV: 6.4% Suggested Food Pairings: Shellfish, Kale Salads, and most mexican dishes.

12-ounce bottle from International Advent Calendar. Poured a very cloudy gold along with a finger's worth of fluffy white head; respectable hang time, too. Interesting aroma, floral, spice, and ample citrus, which I'll take to be the coriander. Solid mouth. Flavour not bad, again the coriander influence is not hidden. Nice effort.

A cloudy yellow colored beer with a big frothy textured, white head rising above. There's excellent hang time on the head and impressive film and ringlet in lacing. Earthy, citric nose. More pronounced in the tasting with some wheatiness in the tasting. Creamy full bodied.
