Joe’s multinational take on a classic IPA. IPA’s are known for their intense hop bitterness, flavor and aromas. First, Joe used American and English malt, then American and English hops are added during the mash, first wort, boil, and finally it’s dry hopped for aroma. Belgium gets involved with the yeast and a special candy sugar finish for smoothness and flavor. 6.25% ABV Bottle or Draft

Pours a semi cloudy orange amber with a one finger white head that goes down fairly quickly. Decent carbonation. Aroma is hoppy with a distinguished scent of fruit snacks. Taste is bitter with hints of pine, hops and spice. Finishes off bitter and dry. Some floral notes in the taste as well. Not half bad.

Still digging out old reviews out of the road journal. Had this on tap at el Bait shop in Des Moines. Poured a bright orange colour with plenty of carbonation. Fresh hoppy nose, resin, citrus floral notes and a balanced mouthfeel.
