The Mutton Buster combines a roasty flavor with notes of chocolate and nuttiness that creates a full flavored brown ale. While it is malt focused, there is mild hop bitterness with an earthy hop flavor. The Mutton Buster may be dark in color and heavy on the malt flavors, but it is sessionable enough to have a few any time of the year. Serving Suggestions Suggested Food Pairings: The Mutton Buster pairs wonderfully with grilled meats or vegetables. The slight char from grilling enhances the roasted malts in the beer adding a new depth of flavor. Suggested Glassware: Tumbler/Shaker Brewer's Notes Style: American Brown Ale ABV: 5.5 % Malts: 2-Row, Brown, Chocolate, Crystal, Victory Hops: Magnum, Mt. Hood IBU’s: 25

Nice brown ale. The nuttiness and balance between sweet chocolatey roasted malt and bittering hops is pretty nice, and makes this brown slightly more robust than most.
