Birra dall'incredibile colore nero, nera come la notte siciliana, con 7 malti a domarla, da assaporare con cognizione di causa, magari a fine cena, con un dessert al cioccolato che le sappia tenere testa. Impenetrabile, con schiuma caffè-latte, compatta, fine e persistente, dall'aspetto vinoso. Al naso si presenta con note torrefatte di caffè e orzo tostato. Al gusto di liquirizia, cacao e frutta secca, con prevalenza di toni tostati che ritornano nel finale.
