Sono ad alta fermentazione e per la loro produzione si utilizzano ottime materie prime e si ricorre ad una filosofia produttiva che esclude rigorosamente l'aggiunta di sciroppi e sostanze caramellose. English: Our beers are brassate direct fire using malt and hops of the highest quality , stabilized , fermented and matured in the bottle , without undergoing any filtration treatment and pasteurization . They are high fermentation and to produce them using the best ingredients and we resort to a production philosophy that rigorously excludes the addition of syrups and substances sugarcoated .
