This beer is part of a collaborative process that we have been working on with The Kernel Brewery, just down the road from us. Back in the summer of 2015, we trucked the mash from the first runnings from the mash (high-gravity, sugar-rich part) down to Partizan's brewhouse which we used to brew our high-alcohol Quad.
