Coming soon is the first of our Books & Brews Series, a delightful Session IPA, “Factory Girl,” an homage to Virginia journalist Beth Macy’s new book, “Factory Man,” to be released in July [2014] by Little, Brown & Company. This drinkable, lighter Session IPA is exactly what our thirsty patrons have been begging for: A full-flavored IPA without the after-pain. (It won’t get you as Bent as our other favorite!) This beer and Beth’s insightful and colorful book celebrate the return to Made-In-America products, and who wouldn’t want to drink to THAT?!

I had this beer straight out of the tap at Parkway Brewing Company. A very nice beer - a "less heavy" IPA that can be enjoyed more than once in an evening. A smaller beer with a big flavor. Good job indeed. Citrusy, orangish/yellow in color.
