With the turn of the decade, we created our most modern and innovative DIPA to date, Braincake. A double-wheat malt profile imparts a feather-like, fleecy mouthfeel with the familiar edge of an intense dry-hop combo. Featuring new hops like Strata and Cashmere, this medium-bodied double IPA wafts sweet berry cobbler on the nose while Citra Incognito offers a clean tropical finish and bright mango and guava on the palate

Pours barely translucent apricot with a thick and fairly long-lasting ivory head. Aroma produces tangy and juicy citrus, dank piney hops, fresh malt. Flavor provides funky and piney hops, juicy and zesty grapefruit with some tangerine, zesty and tart pineapple, fresh malt. Texture features nice body and peppy fizz, with more piney bitterness on the back end. Is this a beer for Mensans, or what?
