500 ml swing-top bottle, bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Papiermühle stemmed glass a clear golden-orange coloured Pilsener with a two fingers light beige and soapy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Good lacing. Some floating sediments. The aroma is moderate malty, grainy and moderate grassy hops. The flavour is moderate sweety malts, cereal, fruity tones, citrus and moderate hoppy bitter. The mouthfeel is crispy, quite thick and light hoppy bitter. The texture is watery. This light bodied Pilsener has a dry light bitter finish. Drinkable ? Anyway, but without any fun.
