Clear yellow with white foam head, short lasting. Aroma is malty, some sweet, some awheat. Taste is kind of sweet, velvet, alcohol. Short greasy aftertaste. (Moscow 201304)

    500ml can -

My buddy had brought this (and a few others) back from a vacation to Russia. While a Russian Strong Lager isn't quite what I was hoping for, I'm happy to rate something rare and not found here in the States.

The beer pours out a light golden yellow body, crystal clear with a standard 1" white head that melts quickly (pour a Bud Light and you get the idea). Aroma has a strange gunpowder-y smell combined with white wine. Flavor has a strange wine cooler kind of flavor...really fruity and kinda white wine like. It's actually pretty good, but after it warms up a bit it really falls apart.
