There's no time like the Present. And there's no Present like this Over Time IPA. This is a traditional Wild West IPA: a sophisticated wallop of gifted citrus and pine bundled in brightness, brimming with enthusiasm and bursting with a number of other happy nuances. Giddy? Yup. Appearance: Amber colour. Slight hop haze. Good head retention. Good head formation. Aroma: Citrus Fruit medley (including mango & orange), resinous pine, grapefruit peel hop aromas Peach, biscuit, and toffee malt tones round out the aroma. Taste: American Ale Yeasts give a slight berry note to complement this bitter beer with a lasting hop finish. Carbonation is medium-high. Impression: A high-class IPA in the tradition of West Coast IPAs.
