For this 9th anniversary triple IPA we called in the big guns and some of the earliest innovators in the New England IPA space in both the NE and the UK. And also, some of our longest standing friends in the biz. For this occasion we went all southern hemisphere hops on a soft base with pils malt and both flaked oats and wheat. Nectaron, Motueka and Galaxy combine for notes of passion fruit, peach, pineapple and papaya

Pours translucent banana with minimum head. Aroma has funky & resiny hops, a little citrus. Flavor produces piney hops, sweet orange & tangerine, zesty pineapple. Texture brings nice body, perky fizz. To more anniversaries and collaboratives.
