Cheddar Broccoli is Broccoli double dry hopped with the hops from Cheddar. It’s a big tasty blend of Mosaic, Simcoe, Hallertauer Blanc, Cascade, Citra, Kohatu, Wai-iti, and Ekuanot. We just couldn’t pass this one up and it’s the final version in this series

Pours translucent apricot with a fair vellum head. Aroma presents tart citrus, sweet peach & nectarine. Flavor generates tart and sweet stone and citrus fruit, some hops. Texture yields decent body & peppy fizz. I love broccoli.
