At Orpheus, we stand by our motto, “Don’t look back”. That can mean having to experiment with new ingredients and techniques. For Hop Experiment #1, we focused on a new hop, Hallertau Blanc. For Hop Experiment #2, our experiment is of a different nature. Food pairing Pungent citrus and tropical fruit make this a great beer with breakfast. Taps clear golden with a nice pale buff head. Hoppy, resiny aroma has a firm fruity underpinning featuring citrus, pomme and tropical tones. Flavor features bold hoppy and more subdues fruity and malty tones. Mouthfeel presents OK fizz and body. Not an outstanding experiment, but test it yourself.
