The biggest beer we’ve created so far. Double IPA with loads of citrusy and piney hop flavor and aroma. Columbus and Apollo in the early boil, with heavy additions of Cascade, Mosaic, and Centennial in the whirlpool. Dry-hopped with pounds of Cascade, Mosaic, Chinook, and Amarillo. Unfiltered for maximum hop dankness.
