A deep red beer with a huge brown head - very lively when opened. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of nuts, and spicy hops, as well as light citrusy notes. The flavor is sweet with a light malt background on which is notes of nuts and lightly roasted malt, as well as bread, leading to a lightly bitter and sligtly roasted and dry finish. Pretty close to a Newcastle - I’d like more power in it.
