Tonka Decadence is the first beer from our brand new Barrel-Aged program! We used Decadence aged in Islay Peated Whisky barrels and blended it with fresh Decadence to smooth out the BA characteristics. Then we aged the blended beer in Brazilian Tonka Beans and Madagascar Vanilla Beans! As a result we have a pretty complex beer with notes of sweet vanilla, cinnamon, cherry, tobacco and spicy clove!

Pours dark chocolate with a fair tan head. Aroma offers boozy, roasty, chocolate and spice tones. Flavor gives whisky, roast malt, chocolate, spice - is that Tonka? Texture brings decent body and lively fizz. Get decadent.
