Most Danish Christmas brews are heavy, sweet and dark. We are going against the grain with this strong and complex wheat beer. Under the fluffy white head is a smooth and lightly sweet wheat beer brewed with pilsner malt, wheat malt, maize, dextrose and a good dose of chamomile, coriander and orange peel. Of course unpasteurized, unfiltered and refermented in the bottle.

Bottle: Poured a hazy yellow with a whispery white head. The aroma is full of fruit and citrus, some low lining herbs. The taste reminds me of a Belgian white with loads of citrus and fruit.

Bottled. Hazy golden colour, with big foamy white head, that disappears quite fast. Leaves some lace. Aroma is very spicy and yeasty along with some herbal notes. Flavour is fruity, yeasty and quite herbal. Note very exciting, and the finish gets some really earthy/mouldy notes along with the yeast and herbal notes.

very hazy golden, almost pale yellow colour with a lively long lasting white foam. Huge fruity and spicy aroma of Seville oranges, banana and apricots with bold spicy notes of coriander, cumin and pepper. Dryish, spicy flavour of banana, coriander, ginger, pepper and canned oranges. Long sweet and spicy finish of coriander, pepper and oranges. Nice "Imperial" Wit.
