A fresh, clean-tasting American Wheat Beer....brewed with white wheat, two varieties of domestic barley, two kinds of hops and our Kolsch yeast. It's not filtered, so there's a trace of the yeast in the beer for a smooth, full-bodied, velvety texture and a creamy head. Available year round in 6-packs.

Pours hazy golden with a tall, white head. Aroma seems nothing special but pleasant. This beer was very tasty and would be refreshing after a hot day of yardwork. Honestly, it'd be refreshing anytime! It's just a good-tasting wheat.

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this yet. Another excellent American Wheat after having some less than passable ones recently. Smells of hops and wheat, soft, lightly floral and citrus, very pleasant. Hazy yellow with nice cap of offwhite head and ample lace. Silky, even creamy mouthfeel, almost velvety, like an oatmeal stout cut with ample carbonation and a slightly citric acidity. Clean, wheaty flavor with a touch more bitterness than expected. While this is not excessively complex, it is a very, very well excuted, simple beer.
