Man, I gotta say that I laughed out loud in the South Lee's store in Henderson, NV when I saw this stuff cause it can't look too much worse. I pretty much bought it because I was curious how big of a train wreck it was going to be. Apparently I was quite wrong.
Poured out a thin brown head and a very dark brown beer with minimal lacing. Smells not bad considering I thought it would outright give me a headache from the envisioned escaping fumes. Somewhat sweet in a good way, quite nutty, solid mid-grade roasted malts, background chocolate. All in all nice but the aroma is too mild. Nice flavour which is also on the mild side. Nutty and roasted malts, maybe a bit of toffee, bit of candy and slight bitterness. Tons of carbonation, leaves mouth film that works fine, finishes with soft malts and an early candylike bitterness. The whole thing fades into a long lasting albeit mild roast aftertaste. Seems like quite a full beer but then again, when I drink too much at once it comes across as some crappy big brewery lager with its overcarbonation and watery impression. It's a dirt cheap Schwarzbier for the peeps to buy and enjoy. There were two other from this brewery but they were probably lagers and in these clear bottles you gotta wonder. As it was, they all had dust on them. Prost!

Quite nice black beer. Aroma is little bit too weak for mee, but still has some hints of caramel and cookies. Color is totally black, nice rich foam. Taste is nicely smooth and refreshing.

(3.8%). Very much black/extremely dark ruby colour, with big brown head. Aroma has some malts, weak chocolate and roasted notes in it. Flavour is malty, some roasted notes and sweet hops becomes present in aftertaste along with roasted malts. Quite watery and sugary.

Black beer with orange head. Force-carbonated so lots of big bubbles which dissipate quickly. Thought this was stout when purchased so a little disappointed. Coul have been drinking anything. Lager taste with dark malts. Lager finish was dry - with absence of aftertaste.
