Piercing bitterness in this “bright” English style wheat beer, mellows to reveal fruit overtones amidst a dry as bone finish. A real thirst quencher.

A very good English wheat draught. A cloudy golden colour with a thick white foamy head. The aroma was grainy malt and some citrusy tones. The flavour was malty, slightly sweet, and nice bitter hoppy finish. A pleasant aftertaste as well.

Cask@GBBF2007. Very pale folden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is grassy, malty and very sourish fruity. Flavoiur is lots of fruity hops with some acidic and grassy hints.

Cask conditioned at the 32nd Cambridge Beer Festival, gravity dispense. Pale golden colour. Lovely citrussy sweet aroma, hints of honey. Some natural carbonation, zesty. Some wheat character. A nice hoppy bitterness throughout. Another great session beer from Oakham.
