Hazy yellow colour with huge white fluffy head. Aroma is acidic citrusfruit along with some rather spicy notes. Flavour is very much the same, acidic citrus, wheat and some slight spices. Also has some yeast in it.Rich carbonation.

Pours out in slightly hazy yellow appearance with a small dying head which leaves small island of bubbles in the glass. Soft lemony and yeasty aroma just small a small amount of spicyness. The flavour is quite mellow and fruity of oranges, blackberries and lemon. Lightbodied. A disturbing note of sulphur comes up as the beer warms up. The finish clean but I wan't my Wits more crips with a more pronounced acidity. I also can pick up bubblegum in the finish.Let's say that this wit has a lot of personality, not meaning that it's great.
