Bottle: Pours a deep clear gold....small white cap...moderate carbonation. Rich toasty-sweet grains in the nose...reminiscent of Okocim, earthy hopping. Flavor profile is unconventional. Fuller body for a Bohemian Pils. Rich toasty malting in the front dominates until mid palate where hop bittering takes hold and gradually dominates the back side of the drink,,,,longer slowly bittering drying finish...some residual bitter after taste. It is labled as a Czech pils but this is full ahead Polish lager..very decent though.

Deep golden colour, mediumsized white head. Sweet malty and hoppy aroma with some honeyish hints. Flavour is caramellish, sweet malts with some hops kicking in. Also some slight metallic notes. Quite good, except for the metallicness.

Medium gold color, small head. A medium bodied lager. Crisp taste. Mild malts, fairly aggressively hopped for a lager. Nice flavor. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is crisp and clean. Aftertaste is bitter. Beer is a little too bitter for a lager, and the taste is a bit to crisp, but otherwise is a nice refreshing beer.

Light gold and copper color. An active thin white head. The aroma is slightly sweet and very crisp. Reminds me a little of fresh broccoli. The taste is strong celery with a hint of smoke and some spicy cloves. There are also some metallic hints in the finish. A decent pilsener that is probably better the colder it gets.

This has a bockish aroma to it. Tastes really malty and bocky too with a hint of skunk, but not all that bad. Can stand on its own which is a true accomplishment for a lager. Not bad, but why is the label on this so damn different than what its called on the site.

I had a BrouCzech labelled bottle. This brew pours with a pale golden body topped by a thick, fizzy white head with some lacing left behind. The aroma is slightly sweet and malty with a slightly yeasty, banana note and a slight hoppiness. The flavor is bitter and hoppy with notes of hay and a slight malty sweetness. The bitterness of this beer actually surprised me and impressed me. Light bodied and slightly dry.
