This is a big, juicy, highly-hopped, full flavoured beer. This beer was not meant to voyage, it’s meant to be drunk fresh to ensure the big citrusy, piney aroma is as fresh as can be. This beer is one of the ultimate reasons to drink fresh, local, unfiltered, and hand crafted beer! A hazy copper coloured beer with brilliant orange hues and a rich white head. The aroma is big, resiny, sticky, oranges, grapefruit, tangerines, pine, with touches of caramel. The flavour is loaded with citrus, the same resiny, sticky hop flavour, yet a nice malty – caramel background to “balance” the hop bitterness. A full bodied, semi-sweet finish. Malt:Pale Ale, Vienna, Melanoidin, Carafoam Hops:Summit, Columbus, Cascade, Centennial, Amarillo…. LOTS!!!!
