This beer is no longer brewed. I had this once years ago; I'm surprised I haven't reviewed it. That doesn't matter as there was nothing to it. As you might expect, looking at the ABV, water is the order of the day, in every which way. Northern should retire this one.

On the label, four medals represent the gold winnings this brew won in the 80's. Pours a pale yellow, but not as pale as Busch beers. Some golden colour is also found. Decent white head that dissapears quickly, and some lace is there in small patchy quantity. Good aroma of grain malt. Watery mouthfeel, very lightly bodied. The taste is quite light too, with some corn, malt and a touch of hop. Not bad on the first one, but gets disgusting after having 3-4 of them.
