90IBU says the waitress. Soapy white head. The beer is orange with slight rust. tiny bubbles! Really west coast, tottally into this. Nice light crystal malt profile, really lets the hops shine, really fresh. Everything the best IPA's are but perhaps a bit thinner in the mouth than the average IIPA. I think thats a good thing though, lets the hops seem more playful and fresh. Pine, resin, honeydew, slightly sweet lime (just barely). Best beer the Pig has made so far!
