On the bottle: We take our regular IPA and transfer this into a tank with whole leaf hops in it. The beer sits in this tank for a week and then is kegged. Extra hop flavor and aroma is derived from this process, taking an already hoppy beer to new lupulin levels! Tasting Notes: Total Crystalation is our dedication to hop harvest by brewing Total Domination using Fresh Hops. We brew the beer adding hops as normal for the first two additions. Instead of adding a final addition we run the wort through 960 lbs. of fresh picked Crystal in our mash tun. Super hoppy for super happy harvest times! Food Pairings: Poultry, Seafood, Sharp Cheeses, Spicy Mexican or Thai foods
