"Should've called the Pre-Nuptiale." On tap at Ninkasi in Eugene. Nice Cream Ale, very surprised actually. Light orange colour, nice sized head. Nose is fresh with some decent fruit. Full malt backbone balanced by a sprinkle of hops. Finishes pretty clean.

Sampled on 10/1/2011. This cream ale pours a medium orange gold color from a 22 oz bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity, cereal and sweet. A medium bodied cream ale. The malts are fruity and sweet with a touch of caramel. The hops are herbal and floral. Decent carbonation. Nice balance. None of the off flavors that are all too common in a cream ale. Very easy drinking beer. Clean tasting. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.
