L'India Pale Ale est une bière cuivrée au corps malté. Son attaque en bouche est puissamment fruitée. Elle vous livrera ensuite une franche amertume qui envahira littéralement votre palais. L'I.P.A. est une bière de caractère qui ne laissera pas dominer facilement. Pour amateur de sensations fortes ! D'origine anglaise, pale ale d'exportation vers les colonies britanniques, elle était brassée avec une forte quantité de houblon et un degré alcoolique plus élevé afin d'améliorer sa conservation lors de son long transport. Médaille d'or au Concours Général Agricole de Paris 2011. Disponible uniquement en bouteille de 75 cl, poids de la bouteille 1, 252 kg.

In a 750 ml. I drank this beer in lyon 7. Quite fresh, it was a big foam.creamy and generous. I smelled citrus orange, gingerbread. Quite spicy. It toasted gingerbread and spice. A touch of orange. Like a IPA. It was a good beterness. I found orange's in end of toast. Good beer ! ( jp do you want one ?)
