YEAST: Foggy London HOPS: Equanot, Cascade, Azacca, Galaxy MALT: 2-Row, Oats, Acidulated malt, Lactose This brew features a long lasting, snow white, creamy head, aromas of tropical and stone fruit, and a bright orange/yellow colour. Its full body, creamy milkshake vibes with a strong peach finish supported by hops and a huge addition of peach purée. A lot of our beer exhibit strong fruit flavours without having to add actual fruit; it’s part of the magic of brewing. But from time to time, it’s fun to experiment and really double down on those fruit flavours. Enter, the Ten Bricks Peach Milkshake NEIPA. No, it’s not named for the brick facade on the building, but rather it’s a play on the Brix scale which is used to measure the sugar content of a solution. The 77kgs of peach puree that went into this batch came in at a nice round 10, so we expect you’ll see a lot of that brick facade as you come in for a pint or a fill once you get a taste of this one.
