2010 års Kalaspåsköl är ett helt nytt recept som ger en högre vörtstyrka och en alkoholhalt på 5,6% för att ytterligare förstärka ölets karaktär, mustighet och fyllighet. Resultatet är en bärnstensfärgad ale inspirerad av vår klassiska Kalasöl. Rostat korn, mörk malt och karamellmalt ger ölet dess härliga färg. Fyra sorters humle bla Amarillo, Cascade och Nya Zeeländska Nelson Sauvin ger ölet dess rätta beska.

Pours out in a clear reddish amber colour colour with a low firm frothy white head. Milky chocolate, bread crusts, caramel and mild citric fruits in the aroma. Medium-bodied with notes of of toasted malts, milky chocolate and mild resinous and citric hops. Solid body. Medium-bitter finish of fudge and orange-peels. Not terribly exciting but it’s still solid and well-made.
