Our brewers decided to have some fun and the took one of our most scientific creations and made it even more amazing! Nickel Brook Raspberry Uber Berliner Weisse uses our refreshing sour style of wheat beer which has then been aged on local Ontario raspberries. The result is a massive raspberry flavour explosion that still maintains the incredibly unique qualities of our Uber Berliner Weisse. You're going to love this! It's a scientific fact.

Pours a clear red colour with pink and amber hues. The white head has some pink to it, staying a while, but not much lace. Candy nose with the fruit (raspberry yes, but mostly cherry notes with the sugar sweetness of the yeast and light sourness). Does get cloudy at the last pour. The taste shows more of the raspberries with the tart and the sourness is stronger in the finish. A nice fruity, tarty, sour, sweet smelling brew.

375ml bottle. Thanks to Chopz for the bottle. Pours a big bubbly foamy pinkish head but goes away fairly quick and has a hazy reddish colour for appearance. Weak lacing. Aromas of yeast, raspberries, that koolaid powder stuff. Flavours are most definitely raspberries right at the forefront, following some yeasty notes and other types of fruity berries. Has quite a bit of a tarty sensation on the palate, not very sour but maybe just a tad. Lively carbonation. Great retention.
