We took our Berliner Weisse recipe to a whole new dimension thanks to a generous dose of blackberries and a pleasant touch of fresh mint. Bright notes of citrus and berry are greeted with a tart punch, intermingled with earthy undertones and a tantalizing mint backbone.

Pours a red colour with a pink hue. The head is white, creamy, with a very light pink-red, decent stay and some creamy-foamy lacing spots. Berry nose with some hints of cherries and vanilla yogurt. Remind of Campino candies. Sour tasting with the mild blueberries. Gets a little hazy. Not completely on the blueberry side, but a nice sour fruity sour.
